The fresher’s day programme ” ALOKA 2024 “ of the 24th batch of B.Sc Nursing students of Pushpagi College of Nursing was held on the 10th January 2025 in the college auditorium. The programme was vibrant, colourful and ethnic as all the programs had a taste of our Indian Culture and Kerala Heritage. The programs included prayer dance, semi classical dance, skit, fashion show, mappilapattu, rap song and fusion-cinematic dance forms along with melodious kerala songs awakening the nostalgia of earlier times. The program started at 2 pm. The other main highlight was the unveiling of the batch name for the fresher’s as is the customary the honours were done by Prof.Vineetha Jacob (Principal, Pushpagiri College of nursing). The batch name chosen was ”RAPHALIANS“ meaning ANGEL .The program was attended by the faculty and senior students of the college of nursing, pushpagiri. The programme was appreciated by all and concluded by 4pm.
