Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance.  It strengthens the core with cardio and aerobic total body workout. Zumba engages every muscle in the body and involves lunges, squats, and jumping jacks too. Around 85 students, First year and Fourth year BSc Nursing Students of Pushpagiri College of Nursing, participated on Zumba training class which is conducted on 25.06.2022, Saturday, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
