School Health Program was conducted at Thirumoolavilasam UP school. This program helped in attaining Importance of balanced diets and healthy eating among the schoolers and teenaged population of the rural public. in general. It  also helped the volunteers in helping the students in various doubts arising from unhealthy eating habits of the students leading to malnutrition and over nutrition which are 2 important problems in rural India.
